In a cinematographic mix of Pretty Woman, Blades of Glory, I Tonya and Anora, Olympic Bodies explores how far individuals will – and must - go to win, seduce, and survive in the world of modern sport and big business.

At the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, American ice skating sensation Andrea Karlsson steals hearts — and gold medals — with her charm and athletic prowess. But behind the shimmering medals lies a darker undercurrent: Chinese billionaire “The Penguin” (Pei Wang) and his fixer Johnny are orchestrating secret parties designed to seduce American and other athletes.

Andrea’s competitor Dorine Talsema, a talented but overshadowed skater with dreams beyond the rink, receives a cryptic invitation and a $100,000 bank deposit. At first she hesitates, but then plunges into a bizarre world of glamor, drugs, sex, corruption and coercion. As Dorine becomes romantically entangled with The Penguin’s business protégé “Luigi” (Zhao Luiquo), she begins to question the cost of her choices.

Meanwhile, other athletes are drawn into the glittering web, including Andrea and her boyfriend - and colleague skater Gunnar.

What begins as satire takes a sharp turn when drugs, sex scandals, and a mysterious death surface, triggering international tensions. With media pressure mounting and the Olympic dream unravelling, the American team must navigate betrayal, ambition, and the raw power of image on the global stage.

Dorine, disillusioned after the Olympics, turns her back on skating and to Luigi. When The Penguin starts blackmailing Andrea and Gunnar, she helps them fight back.

Meanwhile, Luigi has fanatically started training to improve his ice skating skills. He goes to the US to find Dorine, and win her back. By showing her that he has learned to skate and that he has cut ties with The Penguin.

Dorine first ignores him, but their love is stronger than her skepsis. Luigi succeeds in becoming co-sponsor of US Speedskating, and organizes an international speed skating event with many international stars, and Dorine and Luigi forming a mixed relay team. For a cheering audience they show their love with an intense French kiss.

After the event, Luigi convinces Dorine to become VP of his new clothing company, with sites in the US and Thailand.

Dorine finally accepts his marriage proposal. They throw a luxurious wedding party at a posh Thai beach resort.
